From over 40 years North Sea industry activity and exploitation, Hannon Westwood has built and developed a unique UKCS oil & gas resource database spanning production, discoveries and exploration from a variety of data sources. This database underpins Hannon Westwood’s consultancy business and is now being made accessible to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision making. The growing software suite is designed to present over 2,300 exploration, discoveries and production assets in an easy-to-use interactive format. Large amounts of data can be assembled and manipulated to develop real insights and a competitive edge in a highly complex business environment.

GTools can manipulate and present abundant numerical oil & gas data in highly visual forms. GTools auto-generates capex, opex, and production profiles, ranks properties and applies drill out exploration and appraisal programmes with user defined market and commercial scenario - this would previously have taken hours if not days to construct but with GTools the outputs are produced in a matter of minutes.
